INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1/2 tablespoon peppercorns
2 dried red chillies
2-inch cinnamon sticks
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon fennel seeds

1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
METHOD
- Grind until a fine powder
- Mix in the turmeric powder
- Store in a dry airtight container
Note: I used to dry roast before grinding to powder but after a few batches I learnt that the shelf life of dry roasted powder was much lesser than that which is not dry roasted. So I don't dry roast if I need to stock.
